It's a quiet apartment in a good location, about an 8-minute walk from Hankyu Suita Station. The rent is reasonable for the area. However, the building itself is old and the common areas are not very well maintained, which is a bit of a concern. It's suitable for those who prioritize location and a quiet environment over the building's appearance.
良い点: The room size (around 62m²) was sufficient for our family of three.
